At Serenity Method, all services are performed with professional care, customized treatment planning, and client safety as our priority. Due to the time, preparation, and professional expertise reserved for each appointment, all services are final.
 

Service Refund Policy

Payments made for services, treatment packages, or prepaid sessions are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or perceived results.

Individual treatment outcomes vary based on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Serenity Method does not guarantee specific results and cannot issue refunds based on outcome variability.

If a client chooses to discontinue a prepaid package, any remaining sessions may be converted into account credit at the discretion of Serenity Method. Account credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Product Refund Policy

Retail products are final sale due to hygiene and safety regulations. If a product is defective or causes a documented allergic reaction, it may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, but this is subjected to review
 

Cancellation & No-Show Protection

Appointments cancelled within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a $75 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. This fee compensates for reserved time and lost booking opportunities.
 

Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

By booking a service or purchasing products, you acknowledge that esthetic treatments involve inherent risks, including ,but not limited to redness, irritation, sensitivity, swelling, or temporary skin reactions. You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical information and contraindications prior to treatment.

Serenity Method shall not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose medical history, medications, allergies, or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.

Under no circumstances shall Serenity Method be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services or products provided.
