   Services Provided 

            Serenity Method provides professional esthetic services including but not limited to facials, micro needling, dermaplaning, and advanced skin treatments. All services are performed by a licensed esthetic professional and are intended for cosmetic purposes only. Treatments are not medical procedures and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or care. Individual results vary, and no guarantees are expressed or implied regarding treatment outcomes.

Health Disclosure

                  Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, including disclosure of medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, and use of contraindicated products (including but not limited to retinoids and isotretinoin/Accutane). Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of adverse reactions. Serenity Method shall not be held liable for complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate client disclosure.

 Appointments and Cancellations

                     Appointments must be secured with a valid payment method. We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a $75 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to appointment modification or cancellation to preserve scheduling integrity. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product purchases are final sale unless defective

  Rights to Refuse Service

                 Serenity Method reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual demonstrating  inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or non-compliance with policies.

      Intellectual Property
                  All website content, branding, text, images, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Serenity
Method and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Method shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages arising from the use of services or website content.

Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to services provided by Serenity Method,
including ,but not limited to claims for personal injury, contract disputes, or alleged negligence, shall be
resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of
the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury and
to participate in class action lawsuits. Arbitration shall be conducted before a single neutral arbitrator,
and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the
State of Florida.

Acknowledgment

By using this website or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the Arbitration Agreement.
