Cancellation Policy
At The Serenity Method, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly require a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment will result in a $75 late cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged $75 and may require full prepayment for future bookings. • Appointments canceled with 72+ hours notice may be rescheduled without penalty. This policy allows us to honor our time and offer availability to other clients in need of care.
